AboutMasimo is a medical device manufacturer, specializing in noninvasive patient monitoring technologies. The redefined identity is meant to humanize the concept of medical practice. Physicians recognize the importance of patients' emotions in healing yet believe their own emotional responses represent lapses in objectivity. GoalThe goal was to steer the audience from physicians already familiar with the field towards the patients who are using Masimo’s products by empathizing with them. I also redesigned their personal health app into a more informative and progressive experience for the user.
